Product Return & Refund Policy

At Beni Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our priority. We deal in furniture sales and interior decoration services. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of product delivery.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation are not eligible for return.
  • Customized furniture, made-to-order products, and interior project materials are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos and videos of the damage along with packaging details.
  • After verification, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return request, please email us at info@benienterprises.in with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Name and contact details
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos of the product (if applicable)

4. Return & Inspection Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you regarding return shipment.
  • The product must be properly packed to avoid transit damage.
  • Refund/replacement will be processed only after inspection of the returned product.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping and installation charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made via bank transfer after receiving bank details.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the product is shipped or production has started (for custom furniture), cancellation is not allowed.
  • Interior design projects cannot be cancelled once work has commenced.

7. Interior Project Refund Policy

  • Advance payments for interior projects are partially refundable only before project execution begins.
  • Once materials are procured or work has started, refunds are not applicable.
