Shipping, Delivery & Pickup Procedures

Orders for furniture products and interior services can be placed online through our official website or directly at our office. Customers may choose store pickup or home delivery options as applicable.

Store Pickup

Pickup orders can be placed at our office or through authorized representatives. Customers will be notified once the product is ready for pickup.

Payment Options for Pickup Orders: Cash, Bank Transfer, Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI. For store address and working hours, please contact Beni Enterprises through official channels.

Home Delivery

Home delivery orders can be placed through our website or at our office only. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type (ready stock or custom-made furniture).

Payment Options:

  • Orders placed at Office: Cash, Bank Transfer, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI.
  • Orders placed on Website: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI / Wallets.

Delivery Schedule

  • Local Delivery: 3–7 business days (Ready Stock Items).
  • Custom Furniture Orders: 10–25 business days depending on design and size.
  • Outstation / Remote Locations: 7–15 business days.

Delivery is made only on business days. Installation services (if applicable) will be scheduled separately.

Additional transportation or installation charges may apply for upper floors without lift access or special handling requirements.
